Instructions for Online Fee

Now Pay Fee Online with three East Steps:

Step 1 : LOGIN
  • Visit website www.shsdharamshala.com
  • Click Menu ONLINE FEE
  • See Instruction Page & Click Link ‘PAY NOW’
  • Enter User Name & Password (by default user is Password is shs123)
  • Note: Please change you default password immediately after first login, by clicking change password link
Step 2 : FETCH DUE FEES
  • Click on first Menu PAY FEE NOW
  • Select month upto which you want to pay FEE Click GO
  • This will display the total due fees on the screen. Just review the fee details and scroll down to the bottom to find button PAY FEE
  • Click the button PAY FEE, this will redirect to the PAYMENT GATEWAY
  • Note: Please change you default password immediately after first login, by clicking change password link
Step 3 : MAKE PAYMENT PRINT RECEIPT
  • Here you will find few options to make the payment (Upi / Credit Card / Debit Card / Net banking)
  • Choose your payment option, Click MAKE PAYMENT
    1. Bharat QR Code Payment Instructions

      If you are using a PC or Laptop, please follow the steps below:

      1. Click on the “Pay Now” option.

      2. A Bharat QR Code will appear on the screen.

      3. Scan the QR code using any UPI application on your mobile phone such as Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM, etc.

      4. After scanning, complete the payment through your UPI app.

      5. Once the payment is completed, a timer will start on the screen. Please wait until the timer finishes so that the school receipt can be generated automatically.

      To check your receipt:

      • Open the School App.

      • Click on the Receipt icon.

      • Verify your payment receipt there.

      Important Note:
      If the payment amount is debited from your account but the receipt is not generated, please wait for 24 hours. If the issue still persists after 24 hours, kindly contact the School IT Department for further assistance.

Payment Gateway Charges Based on Payment Methods

The payment gateway incurs different charges depending on the chosen payment method. The fee structure varies across various payment options, including:

  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface): Charges associated with UPI transactions are generally minimal, as this method facilitates direct bank transfers.

  • Net Banking: Payment via net banking may involve a nominal fee, which is dependent on the financial institution’s policies.

  • Credit Card: Transactions made through credit cards may incur higher fees due to service charges imposed by both the payment gateway and the issuing bank.

  • Debit Card: Debit card payments may have lower fees compared to credit cards, although charges can still vary depending on the bank and transaction type.

Each payment method comes with its own fee structure, and charges may differ depending on factors such as transaction volume, geographical location, and specific financial institutions involved.
